As a member at My Healthy Family DPC, you gain direct access to Dr. Lor and enjoy the benefits of wholesale-priced lab services. This means your overall healthcare costs will be significantly lower compared to visiting a traditional doctor who takes insurance. On this page, you'll find a list of the services we offer to support your health and well-being. Keep in mind this is not an exhaustive list, and if you have any questions, please feel free to call us directly.

Children (newborn to 17 years old): $65/monthly
Adults (18 years and up): $85/monthly

Annual Exam/Well Child Exams
Your annual exam is where preventative measures are discussed. These include, depending on age, Pap smears, mammograms, colonoscopies, and prostate cancer screening. Labs that may also be included are sugar and cholesterol screening. Labs, images, and procedures are NOT a part of the membership fee, but you can opt to pay cash price (or use your insurance, if applicable).

Chronic Conditions
By paying a membership fee, you gain direct access to Dr. Lor and her extensive medical expertise, ensuring that your chronic condition is managed effectively. Frequent visits will help keep your health stable and under control, providing you with personalized care tailored to your needs.
