At My Healthy Family DPC, we recognize that membership may not suit everyone. However, we are committed to providing essential services to those need of preventative or acute medical care. Your health and well-being are our priorities, and we are here to support you in any way we can.

Annual Exam $300
Our annual exam includes a thorough visit tailored to focus on preventative measures suitable for your age group. Please note, the stated price does not cover labs, images, or procedures. Patients can use their insurance to pay for their labs and/or images. In-house procedures will be an additional cost. For pricing of procedures for non-members, please click here.
Please keep in mind that chronic medical conditions will not be managed during this visit.

Well Child Check $200
At our practice, we understand how crucial it is for your child to meet his/her milestones. Don't let the lack of health insurance or any other barriers stand in the way of your child's health. We provide our services at an affordable price, ensuring that every child has access to the care they. Your child's well-being is our top priority, and we're here to help.
Please keep in mind that chronic medical conditions will not be managed during this visit.

Sick or Acute Visits $250
Feeling under the weather? If you're experiencing coughing, sinus pain, ear pain, or painful urination, and can't get an appointment with your primary care provider—or find urgent care too costly—come see us! We're here to help you feel better without breaking the bank.
Chronic medical conditions will not be addressed during this visit.
Any additional labs ordered during this visit will be an additional cost.
